Dunn County Deputy Sheriff Locates Felony Suspect in Regional Theft Ring on Interstate 94, Town of Lucas

On November 6, 2025, at 6:28 p.m., our office received information regarding suspects wanted for felony theft charges in the City of Eau Claire.

A Dunn County Deputy positioned herself on I-94 in the Town of Lucas, Dunn County. At 6:39 p.m., she observed the suspect vehicle traveling westbound on the interstate. She monitored the vehicle and provided ongoing location updates until assisting units were in position to conduct a traffic stop.

The vehicle was safely stopped by the Wisconsin State Patrol near Exit 19, with assistance from the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office, Baldwin Police Department, and Dunn County Sheriff’s Office.

We commend all agencies involved for their outstanding teamwork and the successful resolution of this incident.
