DO NOT use this online reporting system to file any in-progress or urgent crime. Often times online reports take 1-2 business days to be forwarded to the appropriate investigator. You can always call the Sheriff's Office at 715-232-1348 and request to file a report with a deputy or to verify your online report was received.

RESTRAINING ORDER INFORMATION: Restraining orders may be helpful in your situation if you are dealing with ongoing harassment or continued unwanted contact.

WISCONSIN HARASSMENT LAW: (WI SS 947.013) reads in part,

(1m) Whoever, with intent to harass or intimidate another person, does any of the following is subject to a Class B forfeiture:

(a) Strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects the person to physical contact or attempts or threatens to do the same.

(b) Engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which harass or intimidate the person and which serve no legitimate purpose.
